As new homeowners, settling into our new place brought with it the usual uncertainties, one of which was the performance and reliability of our existing air conditioning system. We knew a tune-up was in order, but we truly weren't sure what to expect or if any major issues were lurking. From the moment Joseph arrived, his professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent. He wasn't just there to perform a routine check; he approached the task with remarkable thoroughness. Joseph inspected every component of our AC unit, taking the time to explain what he was looking at and the significance of his findings. He didn't just tell us what repairs were needed; he clearly articulated why they were important, walking us through the potential implications of neglecting them and the benefits of addressing them proactively. This level of detailed explanation was incredibly reassuring and empowering. Thanks to Joseph's diligent work and clear communication, we not only received a fantastic tune-up that optimized our system's performance, but more importantly, we gained invaluable peace of mind. The “technician” told us we needed an entirely new system after coming to troubleshoot a leaky vent. He spent hours up in our attic taking things apart, but couldn’t really explain why we needed to replace the entire system. Just that he would have to have his manager call us to explain. Needless to say, we looked for a second opinion. We reached out to an out of town friend in the business. He made the trip out to us to assess the situation. Not only did he come to find that our entire system was working fine and just needed a few adjustments, but he let us know that the “technician” never bothered to put all the things back together that he took apart. He left our attic littered with screws and pieces of the system that he didn’t bother to put back, and also dented up the covers of our units. After a tuneup that just took a couple of hours our system is working like new and our actual technician told us that our units are in great condition.
