I was charged over $1,300 for work that did not fix the original issue and later learned the repair was not necessary. I trusted their professional expertise, which turned out to be a mistake. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was told a manager would call me back within 24–48 hours. That never happened, and no one followed up despite my attempt to address the situation. The lack of accountability and follow-through after taking payment is extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any repairs from this company.
