  Our experience with Elite Fireplace from start to finish was great.Scheduling an inspection for our fireplace was very easy. Rusty, who performed the inspection, was very thorough and explained his findings and the recommended follow up work very well. Rusty answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied.   I recently had my fireplace serviced by Anthony Wilkie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Anthony arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and explained everything clearly before getting started.   We had Elite out to look at an ignition issue with our gas fireplace, and I’m really glad we called them. The technician took his time, was thoughtful and thorough, and ultimately tracked the problem down to decorative fire glass blocking the pilot — something that clearly could’ve been missed or misdiagnosed. He spent the time to test, adjust, and recheck everything until it was working correctly, and he explained what he was seeing along the way. The fireplace now lights immediately and works the way it should have all along. While he was here, he also used a drone to inspect our roof vent and pointed out an unsealed storm collar, showed us the footage, and clearly explained what needed to be done and why. No pressure, no upsell — just straightforward, professional advice. Overall, the service felt careful, honest, and worth the cost. I appreciated the attention to detail and the conservative, safety-first approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Elite Fireplace Systems again or recommend them to others.
