This company not only hires the best people but truly respects, trains, and supports their employees. I live in Roseville, CA, and was looking to get my gas fireplace with logs inspected for safety. After getting the runaround numerous times by other companies, I was referred to a gentleman in Seattle WA who the proceeded to refer me to Elite. Odd but true. The rest of my story gives the highest compliment to Alex. A detail man he is, does not skimp with his time, and truly took the time to educate me on some concerns and safety issues which indeed need immediate attention. So, do not delay, and make your call to Elite. You will not be disappointed! Adam and Scott are the owners, Brittany - an amazing & professional receptionist, Alex & his coworker who came out to support him ( the name escapes me) are just a few of this A++++company! In a world where you feel sometimes that human kindness has dissipated in business, elite fireplace proves otherwise. They are responsive, they follow through, and never finish until the job is done. I will never call anyone else to service my fireplace.

Alex showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection. He explained everything he was doing and all repairs needed. I received a report after by email that explained everything and listed out all costs. It was a bit expensive, but worth every penny! I was very pleased with the service.
