It started with having to have 2 large decks replaced that got called on an inspection for a VA loan. At the same time I wanted to take out a step down area in our family room so it was one level with the kitchen. As with any construction project, we ran into a few issues. The mark to me of a good company is trying to foresee most issues, which they did, but a GREAT company is how they react when things don't go as planned or someone doesn't quite do the job to the clients satisfaction. This is where they totally excelled and as a result I gave them another shot at putting a new roof on for me after getting 6 different bids. Their price was very competitive and their service again, was above and beyond. Later on I had another local company set up to paint my exterior and they had recently completed painting my barn but my experience with them was so poor that I asked Blyss to bid that job too and they did and came in at about the same price so gave them the job. I could not be happier. In all they did the following: Deck replacement, interior floor raising and new flooring, ended up replacing my hot water heater too as it failed in the middle of that, exterior painting, new roof and gutters. At some point I plan on expanding my pool house for senior living and they will be my go-to company! Couldn't be happier. From the owner, to the Foreman (Serge) to the project manager Danyelle. All are absolutely wonderful to work with.
