I have worked with several companies in the past and this guys and gals were on point, responsive and available. My emergency occurred on a Friday and there were there the same day, work on the weened and also were super responsive every step of the way.

Their communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail was above and beyond. This process was overwhelming at times and I had a lot of questions. They were generous with their time, detailed in their explanations, and provided me reassurance along the way. It felt like they were treating my home as if it was their own. The quality of the work and attention to detail was more than I could have hoped for! Highly recommend!

His best quality is he is very down to earth and communicates in a way that builds trust as a friend. He will go out of the scope of what he has to do in order to please the customer. I know I'm not easy to deal with and even when we had problems come up he handled them and always put me first. Top notch customer service with attention to detail and most importantly a down to earth easy to deal with personality. My only reason for a 4/5 is not even because of Chris but because I felt like a couple of the guys working for him lacked attention to detail for the price point of the job and they had to come touch up stuff in regards to paint craftsmanship a couple of times. (Chris was still willing to send them out and do whatever to make me happy however.)
