After waiting more than three weeks, he informed us that he would not be bidding on the project. While we understand if a contractor decides a project isn’t a good fit, we believe that it should be communicated right away—ideally within a day or two of the site visit—not weeks later. This delay wasted valuable time for everyone involved. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we wouldn’t recommend relying on this company for timely follow-through.
