Walked in to get information after a great discussion scheduled a in home consultation and we didn't receive a call or visit in regards to our discussion and possibly our new purchase.
Purchased 20k in cabinets and a year later our kitchen looks horrible. Gaps everywhere, paint chipping on cabinets that we don’t even use, cabinets not closing all the way, installed the cabinets way too high, lopsided cabinets, ect. I addressed this issue with (Molly from customer service) and was told that I’ll have to pay $550 for another one of their horrible installers to fix their original problem just so my drawers will properly close, and will have to pay out of pocket for anything else not covered. Literally stuck with ugly cabinets , embarrassing. BUYER BEWARE, NOT A TRUE LIFETIME WARRANTY !!!

Edit Dec 5, 2023:
After posting this review, I was contacted by Cabinets-To-Go and someone called me. They were able to give me the refund that I felt I was entitled to. I raised the review to 3 stars because they did, in the end, take care of me. My overall experience with the less than satisfactory customer service merits the 3 star review.
To start, I really like the cabinets. After that, I really had a horrible experience with this company. I spent a lot of money on cabinets, (about $14k), and we also decided to purchase quartz countertops from them for an additional $5500. We paid all of this up front. They gave us a $300 discount on a sink because we purchased counters with them. Well, after we had the cabinets installed, they sent out a countertop guy to measure. I wasn't there when he showed up, and he measured incorrectly (I have his drawing with a totally wrong measurement), and he said the quote would have to go up to $8600! The manager called me, very apologetic about the huge increase in the cost, and offered to refund our countertop money. We accepted and decided to get counters someplace else. Then we get a call that they would be subtracting the $300 sink discount from our refund because we didn't buy counters from them. I said I would return the sink, but they said I couldn't because it was already installed -- something they made us do before the countertop measurement guy came out. Plus they were going to subtract the $200 measurement fee from my refund -- EVEN THOUGH it was their measurement guy that made a huge mistake!! I tried called corporate and got nowhere. I started out telling all of my friends about our awesome cabinets from Cabinets-to-Go, and now I'm telling everyone about our HORRIBLE customer service experience with them. Such a shame that they would sacrifice a happy customer for $500 of a $19k order.
Paid for their measuring service. Contractor came out and measured, sold us a 30" wide base and wall cabinet for our pantry. Salesman drew it up as 30" based on there contractors measurements. Before cabinets arrived we figured out a 30" set will not work, to wide. We would not be able to install our washer and dryer with the 30" cabinets. The measuring contractor was provided with the dimensions of the appliances. Called the store and told them we needed a 24" wide set. Ordered and paid right there. Salesman told us we will not have to pay restocking fee. After cabinets are delivered we took 30" set back to store. Salesman tells us that he never told us that and that we "changed our mind" so we must pay restocking fee of 25%. I wrote down the info from the conversation we had. He continued to deny. So after calling customer service to file a complaint, here I am. Do not go to Cabinets To Go. We purchased about $20K worth of cabinets. On top of this they lost the new cabinets we ordered to replace the wrong size they sold us. The first four items we opened have all been warranty defects. Their customer service is garbage.
