  Great business with fair pricing and responsive staff! We had the glass for 6 of our windows replaced and hardware for two more windows and I was able to easily schedule my consultation within a few days of calling. Nick and Jose came out to measure everything for the consultation and then returned the next week to install. They are very professional and friendly. I’m very pleased with the service we got and would recommend Bob’s Glass to anyone that needs window work done.

  I had someone break my front window and Bob's Glass was the only company who get get it repaired immediately. Great Price and Nick, the installer is a solid guy who does great work. I highly recommend Bob's Glass!

  My order was mistakenly delayed. I explained that I needed the work by a certain date. The job was completed the next day in the morning. Mishaps just happen, that’s life. How BG fixed the error shows that they are focus on customer service. Thank you !

  Super disappoint experience dealing with them. I had a set of 5 mid century glass mural that we want to display. Called them on April 7th and was told to send an email. Sent an email that day - No response. Called them back on 4/22 - was told that the lady giving the quote was out but will receive a call back tomorrow - No Response Called again 4/22- Spoke to a young man who was looking (finally) at my email and said they can't repair it. I asked if it was safe to glue the missing piece back since all it was going to do was sit on a track and was told to look on the internet. I thought I was calling an expert who can guide me. Maybe I should just ask ChatGPT.

  I gave Bob’s glass a glass piece that goes to the top of my buffet table to be trimmed down. I dropped it off and was told it should take no more than a week. I called back about a week and half later and was told it was not ready. My husband went there about a week or so later and they looked at it and said that it needed to be redone. It was too sharp on the edges. They said they would call when it is ready. I called two weeks later and spoke to two different people to see if it is ready and was told it needed to be found. I asked that if they could find it to please just cut a new piece and I would pick it up. I gave her the dimensions and asked if it could be done that week since I had a lot of people coming for the Thanksgiving week and wanted to use the table. I was told I would get a call back. I never received a call. Terrible!! Poor service.
