  I’m part of the maverick club which is a service for Veterans. This is an amazing service where they take care of vets. The tech came to check my electrical. He told me my panel was failing. I told him I could have a friend do that. The tech told me if I was going to have someone else do it that they were not going to continue my inspection. I have always taken care of every tech that comes out with large tips. To bad for him. I canceled my membership.

  Every aspect of my interaction with Maverick and Ryan Cook, the installer, was excellent. Appointment booking was easy with prompt follow up reminders. Ryan had a somewhat challenging installation, the home owner and residents were not always on the same page, admittedly. Ryan patiently navigated the situation, to his great credit! Would recommend Maverick to anyone needing utility infrastructure services.

  Right away, I'd noticed that the customer service is excellent at Maverick. My message was answered within a couple of hours- and when I was ready to schedule the diagnostic, they came out the same day. The technician that came out to do some work for me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He tried his hardest to find an easier fix, but my problem was pretty bad. Considering what the problem was, I'm surprised it didn't cost more to fix! The former owner of this property had used a thinner gauge of wire than he was supposed to for the electric line from the controls & water storage tank to the well pump down the hill. They trenched and installed about a thousand feet & made sure to use a very thick gauge of wire this time around. The technician (formerly a well worker) assured me that the piping is fine. Thank you again so very much, Maverick! I'll almost certainly use Maverick for all of my future electric & HVAC needs! ❤️

  Colby from Maverick Electric Heating and Air did a wonderful job servicing my unit today. As an older woman living alone, I truly appreciated how kind, patient, and respectful he was. He explained everything clearly in a way I could understand and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. He was very professional, and made sure my system was running safely and efficiently before leaving. It gave me real peace of mind knowing I could trust him in my home. I highly recommend Colby for his honesty and excellent service.

He was able to decouple the wiring, fix the problem properly, and ensure everything is now working perfectly and up to code.
