- ASAnthony SanchezFeb 7, 20251.0We picked out a lot and were told by 2 different sales reps that no building would be behind the houses on that street, one told us the land was even protected so it shouldn’t ever be built on.. So we were pretty excited. Then I looked at Roseville city plans and found out they are building a 4 lane parkway right behind the whole neighborhood along those backyard fences !! Unreal . **BEWARE** DO YOUR RESEARCH.
