I was impressed by this service! We are out of the country and our house/property was being cared for by a relative. The smoke detectors began chirping and despite all attempts by our caretakers we could not resolve the issue. From the initial phone call to completion of service, which included installation of whole house replacement of outdated monitors, was less than 6 hours. We live in a very rural area and it is not unusual for any repair service to take days or longer! Payment was reasonable and seamless. They performed service and graciously invoiced without demand for payment at time of service as we were mid sleep 9 hours ahead in Italy. Thank you for the excellent service, kind onsite demeanor and rapid resolution Nicholas(electrician).

Do not recommend this company. Very poor and unprofessional way of handling an error on their end. We are just asking for them to do the right thing. Especially, when it comes to electrical safety. On Saturday evening on October 25th, our lights started flickering and we lost power for about 15 minutes. This Kept happening all night. We flipped our breakers and that didn’t seem to help. Sunday morning, half our house lost power completely. I started calling electricians. Maverick replaced our breaker box a year in a half ago so we didn’t think it was the box. We called Maverick Electric Sunday to see if someone could come out and find what the problem was. We were told the first available appointment was Tuesday morning. I called another electrician, and they said they would send someone out Monday morning as this was a SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN! I don’t think we slept for two hours that weekend. Monday morning,My wife left for work and I met the electrician at our home. The guy looked around and checked our breaker box and found that a wire had been tightened too tight in our new breaker box and it snapped. We called Maverick right away and let them know what was going on. They said they could send someone out between 12pm-5pm that day. In the meantime, the electrician at our home took a video, then fixed the problem! He even spent time checking all our outlets as this arcing could have caused major damage to our system or worse, a fire! He didn’t feel comfortable not repairing this safety issue. The fee was $250. We called Maverick back and let them know the problem was fixed. We looked at my Maverick invoice for the breaker box that was installed by them in late 2023 and it has a 10 year warranty. We asked to be reimbursed. After a cat and mouse game with Christina in their office (there was not one phone call returned ) and emailing the video the electrician took, and our paid invoice, we were told they will not reimburse us as they did not authorize the work and they agreed to send someone out Monday (only after my wife called that morning and stated that the issue actually was). My wife and I are very concerned about the quality of work done and further issues with our electrical system. This is not the way to handle business and the fact is, another electrician fixed your mistake and you are unwilling to do the right thing even with a 10 year warranty! This was a safety issue that could not wait until Tuesday. Do the right thing!

REPLY/UPDATE: No permit was pulled when you replaced our box in 2023 on top of getting out of a ten year warranty repair. And no, you guys did not offer to send someone first thing Monday morning until I called you Monday morning when another electrician was at our home fixing the problem. You offered to send someone out between 12pm and 5pm AFTER I called and explained that the issue was with the breaker box. I have the appointment text to prove it. That seems irrelevant to me. The point is, another electrician fixed your companies mistake and instead of doing the right thing, you have repeatedly proven to conduct business with extremely unethical and unprofessional values. The unwritten made up rules of your “warranty” (I’ve asked for the terms and conditions multiple times) seems suspicious and easily misrepresented and manipulated to get out of any actual repairs. However, you are rectifying the permit issue and the electrician you sent out tonight, Eric N. on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 was extremely professional and a pleasure to speak to. He explained everything you guys would need to do to get the breaker box to code and seemed knowledgeable, skilled, competent, and kind way beyond what Maverick has past represented.
