After discovering major dryrot in our bathroom, I started the task of obtaining several estimates through numerous contractors. I had several issues going on. Our bathroom wall (exterior wall) literally was crumbling away between the shower tile and outside wood siding due to dryrot. The cause was a large leak from the bathroom ceiling skylight. Our home also had 5 other skylights spread throughout our homes ceiling, some of which showed signs of minor leaking. Lastly, our roof was in need of replacement. After having five separate contractors who provided bids/estimates, I chose to go with LTC Construction. My initial contact was with Will Kreuzer. I had an immediate connection with Will as he made me feel totally at ease and exuded a confident demeanor. Will definitely knew construction and listened to all of my concerns. Once the decision was made, Will, Nick and Joel Huppe immediately went to work in going over all of the paperwork in order to begin the project. Once that was completed, we were immediately assigned a project manager named Luis Gonzalez. Once the project began, I had a very thorough walk through with Will and Luis, where I also met LTC's other contractors, Rigo and Anastasia, who were also amazing! All were very knowledgeable and explained the repair/remodel process to me in great detail. None had a "can't do" attitude...it was the complete opposite. All had a solution to the issues and wanted to ensure all my concerns were covered. This all was foreign to me as my experience with previous contractors was a very negative experience with very little trust. I never experienced this with LTC Construction. Luis was at our home during every day of construction in order to oversee the project. Will checked in periodically to ensure we were satisfied with the work, and Rigo is one of the best individuals at construction I have ever met. His attention to detail is amazing, all while ensuring my wife and I were satisfied with the progress. The speed and quality of work was amazing considering the weather did not cooperate as we were hit with several large wind/rain storms. Specifically, during one evening windstorm, a good portion of the roof plastic covering open portions of the roof was blowing away. I made calls to Will and Luis, who both immediately handled the issue as Rigo was sent out and reattached the plastic, ensuring everything was secure and water/ windproof. I was amazed at the response due to being in the late evening, windy and dark. Lastly, the roofers associated with LTC were also amazing. They were very efficient, and the quality of work was top-notch. So, in all, LTC completely remodeled our bathroom, removed all my dryrot, replaced a good portion of exterior siding, custom made an exterior hot water heater enclosure, enclosed a total of 6 skylights from inside out, added can lights and completed a total roof replacement. I can't express it enough that the quality of work by everyone associated with LTC is amazing. The whole process was so stress free that I still can't believe how smooth everything went. LTC has revived my confidence in contractors. However, LTC will be the only company I would use in the future as there is nothing their team can't do.
