- SKSunil KishoreJul 12, 20231.0Arrived 2pm on July 3rd and Austin only person in the will call tried to refuse delivery of 5 pallets. I assured him that it was scheduled and I was willing to help. Finally agreed with a nasty attitude. After unloading Austin refused to allow me to use restroom. He would not even agree to the DOT regulation regarding truck driver access to restrooms. I just got out of the location and had to go to a Safeway store in Rocklin California about 15 minutes away
