  They cancelled appointment because they don't work on ERV systems. There are thousands of new homes being built in the greater Sacramento area and current building standards require a tight building envelope which requires an ERV to have healthy indoor air. Unbelievable they don't support this kind of HVAC system. I'm amazed at how difficult it has been to find qualified technicians that both understand how an ERV works and how to service one. What is the point of installing this advanced technology in people's homes if the technicians in the area are too stupid to help fix it??!! What literally is wrong in the world today?

  We booked Env Heating & Air through Costco and have been thoroughly impressed since the start. They installed a new furnace for us, replacing a model from 1973! They also went above and beyond and fixed several leaks in the old duct work, which other companies quoted us thousands to do. They tested the system repeatedly, built a new to-code furnace platform, and were great at explaining everything they were doing and why. Raul and Jefferson were our techs for the install and if I could give them 6 stars, I would.

  Eddie and his assistant were absolutely amazing ! They called me and told me they were coming. They arrived early! They were professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. They explain the procedure and set expectations about the installation. Quick pause and shout out to Melody from Elk Grove Costco, who has been saying hi to me since before 2022, encouraging to get a free estimate. And when I said ok, the nicest guy, Chris the sales representative came knocking at my door in 2022 and in 2026. Also very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Back Eddie and assistant- they were clean, laser focused and efficient. Altogether, the installation took 2 days, but it such a highly professional installation, I only have high praise. I love my Lennox system and I love Environmental Heatng and Air Solutions

  Zac has been to Our home twice in 2 years for repairs. Our air and heating unit in Our home were purchased in 2019. We have been diligent about having the system checked each year and just this year we will have it thoroughly cleaned! Zac is knowledgeable and gives us pricing for each job. I look forward to working with Zac! Thanks Zac!
