  I never thought I would write such negative reviews, but I was forced to. Problem 1: the garage door. They came about 4 times but couldn't fix the door. I figured out how to fix it myself, but I'm deliberately waiting for them to do it. Problem 2: the floors are uneven, absolutely all the floors are crooked, there are large gaps between the baseboard and the floor, which means the floors are uneven. Problem 3: the internal door hinges are so cheap that almost all the doors creak. We've been using this house for almost 3 months. How can the doors be creaking already? Problem 4: in this wet and cold weather, the builders painted the house behind mine, and all the paint dust settled on my black car. The entire car body was covered in white paint. The next day I went and asked who the supervisor was? They couldn't even answer in English. I went to the office, there was a work schedule posted, but no one was there. I called the number indicated on the advertisement at the office entrance. I found out where the supervisor was, found him, and explained the situation with my car. A week has passed and there's no response! Absolutely outrageous!

  Horrible customer service! I got approved by their preferred lenders (2 out of 3) for 600K and had 20% down payment ready. I went in with my real estate agent only to be greeted by very unwelcoming manners. The person that was in the office looked at my offer and told me try for a smaller house instead or your offer will not be approved. 600k plus approx. 120k cash ready equals 720K. The house I was putting an offer for was listed at 594k base price at the time. Someone please make sense how my offer was not gonna be accepted. Glad I was turned down by the person in office only led me to buy a better house by a different builder.

  I did not buy in this development. I rent from an investor who bought a property here that was built in July 2024. I moved in October with my disabled brother who has circulatory issues. The heating HVAC system has not worked since we moved in. It has been over two months with no heat in this brand new house. Their solution was to reimburse me for three space heaters which do not adequately heat the 1600 square-foot property. In addition, I still haven’t received any type of payment and I actually have been lied to about who’s responsible for writing the check several times as of today 01/06/2025 Essentially, there is no liability the builder pushes it off to Villara heating and air they send a technician out here who has absolutely no knowledge of the system whatsoever his words stated while on call with boss in front of me. If you plan on buying from this developer, I would highly recommend a home inspection be performed before closing. In addition, I spoke with their customer care manager, Wayne One conversation with this person, and you can understand what’s wrong with the world that we live in today. He should consider a new position because he is absolutely terrible at what he does. In my opinion, respectfully of course.
