  The 916 Flooring crew has helped us on numerous real estate listings for updated flooring and a personal install involving our parent's home (which was emotional and stressful). They are always professional, prompt with education, and show us all the options we have for orders vs. in-stock flooring options based on the needs of our clients (and without pressure or hard sales tactics). I am grateful for all of their help, expertise, managing expectations on quality of each product for the cost, and timelines for install. It's sometimes nerve-wracking to refer folks as they become an extension of your business, but we feel confident referring the 916 Flooring crew.

  Last year we had new floors put in our new home. Working with Paul and Olga was the best! Their knowledge and expertise led us to choose the perfect flooring! We were so impressed that we returned to 916 Floors this year to replace our area rugs. Again, they went over and above! Rather than just have us order a specific size, they came to our home to help us measure and make the correct choices for the custom rugs for our two rooms. Olga provided us with tailored choices, and, again, helped us make the perfect choices. Paul and Peter were seamless in their delivery, furniture moving, laying of the rugs, and removal of our old rugs. Thank you, 916 Floors, for your outstanding products and customer service!

  Julie and her colleague came by this morning to my elderly parents home for an estimate of laminate flooring and new carpet. She was very personal and kind. She spent about 20 to 30 minutes taking measurements and photographs. I took my parents to their showroom located not far from Old Town Roseville. It's very nice and clean with many different samples to look at. Julie was there and showed us some examples of laminate flooring and carpet that she thought would work with my parents, furnishings and home colors. They were perfect. Everyone liked what she selected for their home. Now we are waiting on the estimate to be emailed. This review is based on our interaction with her coming to do an estimate and working with her in the showroom. She was kind, approachable, and patient. This was greatly appreciated.
