  We have been a customer of Rocklin for four years since moving into our home in the area. I’ve experienced great service for some minor repairs and maintenance. We decided to do the full heat pump install to replace our AC and heating and the Rocklin crew did a fantastic job. They communicated well, reviewed the system with us before they left and cleaned up completely after themselves. The system is working flawlessly, just in time for summer.

  I had a different company to out who diagnosed my HVAC system and said it needed $1,200 in repairs. The first company claimed that multiple parts were bad and needed replacement, but their diagnosis was incorrect. Joe at Rocklin heating and Air use the correct tool to correctly diagnose the issue and got my repair done for less than half the cost of what the first company did. Their communication throughout the process was fast and professional. Quality of work was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Rocklin Heating and Air.

  It started with Brad who came out to do the estimate. He was extremely professional, did not try to upsell me, answered all my questions and was very down to earth and transparent. Truly one of the easiest home projects. The team came on time this morning, were very clean, and even finished earlier than expected. They walked me through the new thermostats, tested the air flow and degrees through the house with me. I will continue to use Rocklin Heating and Air. I highly recommend this company.

  Mark from Rocklin Heating and Air possessed advanced expertise which enabled him to correctly diagnose and repair my failed AC. I previously had followed Internet advice and replaced the AC capacitor, fuses and thermostat to no avail. Mark was very personable and answered many questions I had which improved my understanding of system maintenance and saved me from wasted effort. An all-round five star experience!

  I called in with AC issues and in 24 hours they were at my door ready to go. Mark was our tech and he is AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable, super supportive and listened to all our concerns and needs. Diagnosed the issue and found the solution right away! I can't thank you enough Mark for getting our AC up and running in such a short time despite the difficulty of the job. Highly recommend this company. Great price for the work and I have asked them to return for some follow up service as well after this great visit. BTW Mark couldn't stop talking about his bosses and company he works for. Which says a lot about how the company treats their techs reflects out on the field and in their work. A++ all around.
