  I don't often leave reviews, so when I do it's because I'm super impressed with the service. I live in the East Bay and was trying to find a company that deals with Fujitsu AC issues still under the manufacturers warranty. Chat GPT recommended Kendrick as the number 1 company. When I phoned them they mentioned they don't come down as far as the East Bay, but told me they would find out who did service the Bay Area from the manufacturers rep who was on leave at the time. True to their word they phoned me a week later with the information. I'm impressed that they took the time to phone me (thankyou Wade for your call) and made the effort to find the information I needed, when they had nothing to gain. This is service at its best, and I'll make sure I'll always recommend them to friends who live in their area.

  Had a very good experience with everyone involved in the installation. The work was done efficiently, timely and very neat. A very professional group to communicate with. Would recommend with no hesitation.

  We called 5 companies before we finally hired Kendrick. One company was iffy and the others were just overpriced. Jordan came to inspect our current unit and presented us with options and helped us make an educated decision. Jake, Justin and Joshua came a couple of days later and did an awesome job installing a new Bosch AC unit, new ducts and smart thermostat in our home. They came on time, were so respectful of us and our home (wore shoe covers and then laid down drop cloths inside the house), and did an excellent job. Our home feels so much better now! After installing, they cleaned up and then Jake explained everything from what they did and how to configure the ecobee thermostat. Glad we went with them! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

  Jordan came out the next day to fix me HVAC. He was extremely professional and courteous was able to fix the AC within about an hour. In today's day and age when you have no idea what you're going to get with people, it was really nice to have a professional experience with the HVAC guy.

  Kenny did an outstanding job. He showed up on time, was easy to talk to, and really knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. The work was done quickly and professionally, and he made sure everything was running right before he left. It’s hard to find someone reliable these days, but Kenny definitely is. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone needing heating and air work.
