He was very thorough, taught me about my heat pump and told me what I should watch out for to ensure continued excellence in it's function. He took numerous pictures with detailed comments that he emailed to me. Mark went above and beyond in his maintenance and his service far surpassed the technician who had come out in the past from a different HVAC company. Thank you Mark and Rocklin Heating and Air!

They worked with us to get the best price and beat a competitor. They were very easy to work with, friendly and responsive. We unfortunately had issues with the plenum install and the caulking used for sealing it. They have had to come out several times to make repairs, but they have always been apologetic, on it and schedule us right away. Though the few times with the minor issues have been annoying, their responsiveness you cant beat.

The new system has quieter operation. And got a new and improved thermostat. All for a reasonable price. Proposal and contract were easy to read and understand. The installers from Rocklin Heating & Air did a very good job. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They built a new and improved filter return plenum box making filter replacement easy. The installers were very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend this company for AC unit replacement.
