  Excellent experience, Mark did a thorough check and explained everything with pictures and detailed information on what was going on with our heater. I think he was very professional and and did not waste time. He definitely knew what he was doing.

  I had a forklift replacement of my HVAC system, which was 16 years old and had needed a recharge of its refrigerant each of the last couple of years to make it through summer. Rocklin Heating & Air was personable from the get-go, with their estimator advising that he would not recharge the system at its age but just replace it since the leak will only worsen. We chose not to go with them at the time we last got a recharge, but we did keep them in mind with the reality facing us of another summer approaching and another year in the same rut. I got a competitive bid from the company that eventually did recharge our system for us. However, by competitive I mean uncompetitive in terms of price; this person was talking low $20ks whereas Rocklin Heating & Air came in thousands under that. And now that I had the installation, just today, I agree with all the reviews that say this family-owned company is a cut above its competitors. I not only had the furnace and A/C compressor replaced, but had a 20"x30" air return grille replaced. I also had another, second, 14"x14" air return added. All of the work was done cleanly and efficiently. Three guys showed up to complete this work - one of them was "the guy" that was in charge but the others were working their butts off all day, hauling equipment in and out and cleaning up. My hat is off to this team. I had a little bit of stucco damage on the outside of the house where they removed my old compressor shutoff switch and replaced it, and "the guy" immediately said that he would note it and have someone come out and repair the stucco. That, to me, is service at its finest. I'll see how things run over time but right now - on 1/27 - the heater is working and I'm very warm and content. :)

  Your serviceman arrived early, after calling beforehand. He was friendly, competent and quick. There was no charge as it was our last inspection after purchasing the system. We are very pleased with both the heating and air system as well as with Rocklin Hesring and Air. Their price was thousands of dollars less than the "big names" ib the Szcramento area. Thanks.

  Love Rocklin Heating & Air! Another company told me I needed a whole new system, Mark was able to do an easy repair, showed us pictures of the system and said it was in great shape. Diagnostic fee was waived because he was able to do a same day fix and it ended up costing me only $229 instead of +$28K the other guys quoted! 100/10, would recommend every time!

  Mark offered to come early since he had finished up the previous job early. He showed us everything he was doing and explained everything well. He did not try to force me into a contract like the previous company I used to service our HVAC system. He was thorough and knowledgeable, explained our options and helped us come up with a plan of action. I really appreciate when technicians are not just out to make us spend money, but seem respectful of the fact that we need to be frugal, and only spend money if it is a necessity. I will be calling them again.
