  Mark was fantastic! Ahead of schedule, checked in to make sure it was ok to be early; courteous, explained everything he’d be checking, thorough in making sure our unit was working at or above expectations; took lots of pictures and made sure to explain what they all meant! Couldn’t be any happier!

  Rocklin Heating and Air came out to inspect my heater for a 2nd opinion. They discovered the heater was fine. The previous company told me I needed a new heater. He shut off my gas, said I had mold, rats, not enough insulation... The quote was for $18,000. Thank you for your honesty, your quick response, and the professional way you handled the previous quote.

  I had been advised by another Hvac company that Our furnace should be replaced. I contacted Rocklin heating and air for a second quote.On The initial visit the representative observed that the system should be good for a number of years. I engaged, Rocklin heating and air to do a thorough inspection of the furnace with the happy result that The furnace is in good order and does not need replacement. Very satisfied with the response and results.

  On the coldest spell of the year, the furnace in our 22-year-old HVAC quit. Rocklin Heating & Air was able to send the help to restart the unit. With our immediate needs met, the technician presented us with replacement part(s) for the present unit, or a choice of new HVACs. Given the scarcity of parts for the old HVAC, now and especially in the future, we decided to opt for a new HVAC. Our order placed, we only had to wait a short time for the new HVAC. The installation process was finished in a short period of time, with no hassle, or complications. The technicians, and company support helped guide us through the testing and permit process. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

  Very professional company that replaced our 23 year-old HVAC system with a Daikin heat bump HVAC. Was the only company (out of five) who came out with the best price from the get-go. Other companies gave us inflated quotes and were willing to go cheaper when we didn't jump on their first offer immediately. But only after repeatedly contacting us did they end up in the same ballpark as Rocklin Heating & Air's first quote. I appreciated the clarity of their quote, equipment, what they'd do, and how they'd do it. They sent two installation managers to verify installation was done correctly. Very happy we went with Rocklin Heating & Air, highly recommended.
