- JVJohn De Vous3 days ago5.0Jose visited my home today to do my annual forced air heating maintenance. Jose called me about 30 minutes ahead of his visit and let me know he was on the way. He put on shoe covers at my front door and then asked me to show him the furnace access, which was in the attic, via an opening in the ceiling of the master bedroom closet. Jose had his Little Giant ladder and a backpack, with all his tools, with him, so he did not have to return to his truck for anything. He changed the hallway ceiling filters first and then placed a magnetic tool on the grill to measure air glow into the furnace and then stopped off at a ceiling vent in the master bedroom and placed another magnetic tool on the vent to measure airflow out of the furnace. He told me what he was doing as we moved through my house. When he was finished he said everything checked out fine. Being a retired AT&T tech, who spent many years around customer’s homes and businesses, I could see that Jose likes his job, which he is very efficient at doing. Jose is also very friendly and answers customer’s questions.

At no point did we feel pressured to purchase additional services and Mark was professional and informative throughout the visit. We received photos after the service along with a description of the work performed and a copy of the information discussed in-person. This was our second engagement with Brower and they are quickly becoming our go-to for HVAC and energy needs!
