  Thank you Brower Mechanical for sending Jon out for my seasonal inspection. As always you are a great company to work with. I appreciate the honesty, integrity of your company and Jon who represents you. Jon was great in explaining my systems issues, and clearly identified and explaining my options. I appreciate the fact that he was very empathetic and clearly explained his findings and my options without trying to hard sell. Thank you Jon and Brower Mechanical.

  My longtime mechanical guy was unavailable and recommended I call the number on the sticker on my tankless water heater—the original installer, Brower Mechanical. Since they installed it, I decided to give them a shot. Brower sent technician Mark Weber, and he was excellent to work with—professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and got the system serviced efficiently. About six days later, a small leak developed. I called first thing in the morning, and within about an hour Mark was at my door. He quickly identified a mistake, owned it, fixed it on the spot, and apologized. Things can go wrong; what matters is how a company responds. Brower’s fast, transparent follow‑through really stood out. This experience earned my trust and respect. I won’t hesitate to use Brower Mechanical again for future HVAC or water heater needs. Five stars for professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability.

  They sent out a residential tech instead of a commercial tech. The tech Jose still looked at a filter tray which was poorly designed to the point that the back filter was not reachable. It was not secured well and floppy which added to the problem. Jose was very courteous and respectful due to another visit which has to be made. He relayed the problem and took pictures for the next tech to address. Waiting for a call from the office for the next visit.

  John was punctual, thorough, very polite and friendly.We believe he was honest in his assessments and well -trained to provide the necessary service. We were long-time customers of Maki’s and are happy that Brower’s continues to provide the quality and honest service we have respected and enjoyed. We would definitely use their company again and be happy to have John as their representative.

  I was very pleased with my first experience having Brower Mechanical HVAC service technician to my home. I purchased a mini split last year and still had questions about its operation. Jessica scheduled Sonny Osorio, the "mini-split whisperer" as she reffered to him, for a service call. His knowledge and professionalism was top notch! While at my home, he called the manufacturer for confirmation about the unit and its power on/off. After leaving, he investigated the unit to see if a wall thermostat could be installed versus hand remote. He called me back with his finding. Sonny deserves a 10 star rating from this customer!
