- ETEd ThomasOct 16, 20251.0Garage door stopped working when we had WiFi issues. Remotes, Wall remote - wouldn't open my garage door. Called them to get help, but they were too busy to help & send someone out.
- TPTodd PullingJan 22, 20215.0I can't say enough about how True Team came to the rescue on my father's house. Up in the mountains it is SO DIFFICULT to find good labor to count on, and boy did True Team deliver. From Riverside, this team does a lot of all-around installation of weather stripping, hot water tank installation, furnace installation and more. Working with SoCal Gas to get these contractors was a wish upon a lifetime. They worked above and beyond expectations, running new ducting from the attic and under the house, creating a new return that was safer for the downstairs furnace when they didn't have to, and making sure to look at all avenues to make the installation safe, efficient and customized to the home. They even went so far as to get an exemption from OSHA to make sure the furnaces and water tank replacement were up to code and safe (Water tank was raised, given a safety bladder and new piping outside for overpressure and new bracing to make it safer, new filters and returns were drilled and framed for the furnaces and the work was clean afterwards.) They were congenial and friendly and considerate of the living situation around them. I even had a possum/raccoon sneak under the house during installation that we managed to get out so they could complete it installation! They were wonderful. Please find a way to contract with them for your furnace, water tank, weather stripping needs on the San Bernardino Mountains. You will be sorry hiring on the mountain. Hire these excellent men instead! Go True Team!
