They horrifically botched the job and then refused to leave unless the work was signed for... Now they will not return calls or texts to come look at their "installers" work. They split the door using the wrong screw, busted the trim work and didn't clean up after themselves... Save yourself from these rip off artists... Don't hire Ko or any Window World franchise... Their response is factually incorrect as there is no "pending litigation," only a landlord who doesn't want to take responsibility for blatant safety issues on their property, like your botched door... They were contacted during business hours on a Friday, on the number they gave us if we had problems. We did not contact them on a weekend. They seem to tell half-truths and pass the buck for shoddy work, because "we" didn't pay them. I guess we're just the poor pleb renters who have had to be the recipients of their "quality work"... Think about people who have that mentality, and how they treat your home. Just because we're renters, doesn't make this less of our home. Typical elitist mentality...

They came out put them in all in one morning came out the next day to the up loose ends! The installers were professional and helpful! They worked with me to let my dogs use the restroom! I will say the windows are top quality! I am impressed and I highly recommend Window World! Thank you so much we love the look of our windows!

The term "Any Size" refers to any size replacement Double-Hung window our manufacturer will construct. Currently this is a minimum width and height of 15" X 26" and a maximum of 48" X 78". "Installed" refers to the removal of a basic Double-Hung wooden window and installing your new Window World replacement window, using the existing wooden stops.

Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?

What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
