I was told a time frame that someone could come out and Darren arrived right on time.. after taking a look at my waterheater and taking a few measurements, Darren started to give me some options.. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.. after about 20 min I was already comfortable enough to say let's get this scheduled.. I was contacted by the office and had an appointment the very next morning.. the installers were on time and did a great job.. waterheater is working great.. no cold showers for me.. thanks alot Darren and the Rkm team..
