  Freedom AC & Heating left my family and me frustrated and concerned for our safety. In mid-December 2024, we contracted Freedom AC & Heating to install a new HVAC system in our home. After overselling the heat pump system over our old traditional-style unit, the owner, Chris, began the installation on January 17 but abruptly abandoned the project without notice, leaving us without heating for over four days during the coldest part of winter. Our numerous calls and messages went unanswered, leaving us in a state of uncertainty and discomfort. When work finally resumed almost a week later, there was never any explanation or apology from the owner, Chris, for walking off the job, leaving us in the cold without a working system, and several critical issues remain unresolved to this date. Despite multiple attempts to communicate these concerns, Freedom AC & Heating has been unresponsive, and the job remains incomplete. The owner will not answer our calls. This experience has been both stressful and disappointing, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to others. I will now have to enlist another contractor to finish the job we paid them to do.

  They showed up within 2 hours from the time I called them and it was on one of the hottest weeks we’ve had here! They we’re very professional and Honest! I would and will recommend Freedom AC to all my friends and family!! Thank you Chris!

  I used their service to replace the txv valve and filter on an ac system. They were responsive, on time, professional and of good value compared to another competitor. I would definitely use their sevice again.
