They were very helpful p n the phone and invited me to bring the valves down for them to take a look. The counter help walked over to the valve wall with me and helped me to find the right part. They had NO problem helping a Joe Schmo homeowner with a very difficult to find part. Brought them home and they fit just fine. Thanks to Ferguson for helping a non-pro out of a jam. Highly recommend these folks. Very friendly too. One of them recognized that I was dressed for a golf outing and struck up a conversation about the tournament in San Diego last weekend. Great folks to deal with.
