  Absolutely outstanding work from start to finish. The team is professional, detail oriented, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship, delivering results that exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent, the job was completed on time, and we couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. It was also nice that the price was good. We acquired three bids and the cost was in line with the others.

  Robert was recommended to us but unfortunately he is difficult to work with. His crew does a good job once told what to do but either Robert doesn’t tell them what to do or they don’t listen so it’s on you to watch and make sure they do what you hired them to do. In our example they were hired to raise a brick wall, replace broken bricks, and fill in missing mortar. They did not replace mortar without me pointing out each one and they also did not replace broken bricks as was part of our quote until I told them to. I asked Robert if he was coming out as I don’t feel it’s my job to watch his crew but he said no I should just tell them what I want. The crew was nice but Robert commented I was difficult for requesting the work we were paying for to actually be done. Once complete the brick work was good, but now I am dealing with the two broken sprinklers and mess the crew left. Robert came out to look at the mess and broken sprinklers which he claims were not legitimate problems. Concrete waste was dumped behind my trees, he says it’s not toxic, a quick google shows that’s false and also that it’s illegal to dump. He then proceeded to stomp on the broken sprinkler to prove it should be able to handle it. The pipe underneath snapped from downward pressure on two sprinklers including the one Robert stomped on. Robert is not a man of his word. He said we’d figure out the sprinklers but I made the mistake of paying him and expecting him to be honest. I waited to write the review to give him a shot to make things right but apparently once he is paid he disappears and does not stand by his mess or damage caused. Since being paid he has not responded to any of my messages or evidence I provided him of the issues. If done over again I’d look elsewhere.
