  My 2017 builder grade master en-suite was fine but I wanted to create a spa-like retreat on a modest budget lol. I received several quotes and in the end my husband (also in construction) felt confident in M.L. Construction (Martin). We were thrilled how quickly Martin had his team ready to start demo! Jose, foreman, and his crew worked long and hard to get my master bathroom en-suite done in 2weeks ( it took 2.5 weeks because they had to wait on material I ordered via online). Jose didn't let that slow him down he would adapt accordingly and always remained very pleasant & professional. In fact, his whole crew was just amazingly hard workers! My husband & I LOVE our master en-suite and we feel joyful walking into our own little retreat! I LOVE our curbless shower as well as our sleek shower enclosure! They did an AMAZING job on the herringbone pattern on the floor that just compliments my stand alone bathtub they installed. I want to say thank you to the crew because they were all such hard workers and polite! Sadly, during the time construction was going on ...my husbands mom passed away suddenly. M.L. Contruction finished the work they quoted us but my husband & I held off on crown moulding & painting (as you can see in pics). I will call Martin yet again once we are better.

  My bathroom was outdated, lacked adequate storage space and was not aesthetically pleasing. I contacted ML Construction and sent photos. Martin got back to me promptly and we scheduled an appointment at my home for a consultation. The proposal and project timeline he provided was fair and I agreed to get this project underway. Martin and his crew were on time every single day, kept in constant communication regarding progress, and completed my project well within the time frame quoted and at the agreed upon price. My bathroom turned out great. I now have a bathroom I enjoy with ample storage. I will definitely be utilizing ML Construction for future projects. ****UPDATE**** My children wanted to design our loft around a fireplace. After purchasing the fireplace, I contacted Martin to bring their vision to life. Martin and his team hit it out of the park. They built the fireplace surround, added stone, cabinets, countertops and shelves. I added photos to this post because I’m not tech savvy and don’t know how to create a separate post. Just wanted to share the wonderful work Martin and his team completed in my loft.

  I was looking for a contractor to remodel both bathrooms and as I read some of the reviews from M.L. Construction I decided to contact Martin and hands down the best decision i made hiring him for the job. Im really satisfied with the outcome of both bathrooms. They were on time, finished ahead of time and even went the extra mile in details. I would certainly recommend M.L. Construction to family and friends and to anyone reading through these reviews. Thanks again Martin!!

  Another successful project from Mr. Martin. As always his crew is professional and polite. Project was completed on time, clean and beautiful. Mr. Martin and son were very professional. They charged with a very reasonable price and even gave me some freebies by installing additional outlets to our room without extra cost. They always come on time and finished the project earlier than their proposed lead time. Would highly recommend. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Thanks Mr. Martin and Mr. Martin Jr. Keep up the great job.
