Lucas was prompt, arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently. The new setup is a significant upgrade over the previous system, and everything was done neatly and professionally. Communication with WHO was easy and seamless. All communication was handled conveniently by phone or text. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
