He told me each step when I asked. Gave me advance notice when turning off the water and gas. He demonstrated experience and confidence. He was knowledgeable and efficient. The estimated completion time was as he stated. All in all this was a very positive experience from my initial call to Phil and to installation. This was my 4th water heater installation with Water Hesters Only.
