Hamid (the owner) and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They're the only construction company I've worked with that consistently meets its deadlines and delivers on quality, without my having to nitpick details that got missed. Their prices are fair (certainly within what is considered "market") for their work, and I appreciate the detail that goes into their regular reporting on progress and flagging decisions that must be made intermittently during the project. I would happily recommend PCI to anyone looking for a high-quality design and build contractor in the Bay Area.
