  I found this company online. They came and gave me the estimate a few hours later. Oscar explained to me the problem and what he would need to do. He changed the both of my old leaking laundry facets really effective and fast. He gave me the receipt and warranties. I will definitely use their services again. Definitely Recommend

  Extremely Disappointed - Charged Twice for Their Own Incomplete Work I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share how let down and frustrated I am with Elite Rooter. This experience has been deeply disappointing from start to finish. First Visit: The initial service was subpar - the markings were unclear and critically, they failed to provide the exact measurements we specifically requested and paid for. When our contractor tried to get clarification, Elite Rooter was barely responsive. We gave them the benefit of the doubt at the time, assuming it was just a communication issue. Second Visit (Months Later): Fast forward to when we actually needed the information for construction. We realized Elite Rooter had not delivered what they promised - the measurements we paid for were simply not there. I reached out to customer support hoping they'd make this right. They scheduled another visit, but conveniently "forgot" to mention we'd be charged again for correcting their own incomplete work. When the technician arrived and casually told us we'd need to pay full price again, I was honestly shocked. No discount. No accountability. No acknowledgment that we were only in this position because they failed to complete the job properly the first time. I had to pay because we needed to complete the inspection and move forward with our project. This is what hurts the most: We paid twice - the exact same amount - for one project because Elite Rooter didn't deliver what was promised initially. When given a chance to stand behind their work and make things right, they chose to charge us again instead. I feel taken advantage of. A reputable company would have either delivered complete service the first time, or at minimum, corrected their mistake without additional charges. Elite Rooter did neither. I expected so much better. Extremely disappointed.
