  These guys are terrible. I needed to replace a window I bought from them about 10 years ago. I sent Maurie the original order sheet we received from them so he’d know exactly what we needed. He sent me a confirmation quote for the replacement window. At the time I was very busy and didn’t read it because I assumed he was an expert at this and would get it right (my mistake). When we got the window, it was the wrong color. When I called to discuss it, he said this happens all the time, he didn’t want to discuss it, and hung up on me. Again, it was my error assuming that these guys knew what they’re doing, and I won’t make that mistake again.

  I just called to get an estimate and got an a bad attitude from the own because I was trying to get more than one estimate. I won't recommend them.

  When I originally purchased my home in RWC I had many of the windows replaced with double pane vinyl replacement windows. My window contractor got the Milgard windows from Bennett and I liked them. Over the past few years as we have done remodels and additions I have ordered 1-2 windows/doors at a time from Bennett and the experience has been good each time. You can get any size door or window custom ordered with a 2-3 week lead time. They have moulding packages and skylight systems as well. Only negative is that parking on the small dead end road is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. Bennett glass has 2 diagonal spots that you can't see until you drive to the end. If they are full and you drive a large truck the turnaround can be tricky. I recommend parking 1 street over to look or order and then just pull in the driveway to pick up.

  Bennet glass provided on windows and doors for our house in Redwood City. Very good service and prices. Highly recommended! Family owned for two generations. Currently owned by Maurie Bennet, a true Redwood City icon!
