  The pilot light went out, I think because of the rain yesterday when water seeped under the doors of my outside closet which houses both the hot water heater and the heating unit for the house. Brian Solis discovered the problem immediately, fixed it - for now, he says - but there's no guarantee that it won't go out again, in which case, since the hot water heater was purchased in 2023, it is still under warranty. In the event the hot water heater stops functioning for any reason, I'm to contact the people who sold me the unit, who will, in turn, contact the manufacturer and, hopefully, the faulty part or parts will be replaced. Brian did not charge me for turning on the pilot light, for which I am grateful. This review deserves 5 stars.

  I recently had a fantastic experience with this plumbing service and I just have to share it. Our water heater shut down unexpectedly and we couldn’t get it relit. When I called them, I explained that I was in a real bind because I work in a pet salon and I had dogs that needed warm water for their washes. There was no way I could wash them in cold water. The person who answered the phone was incredibly kind and understood the urgency. They arranged for an emergency technician to come out within about 10 minutes, which was amazing. The technician was professional and friendly, and they quickly identified and solved the problem. Even better, they let us know that the visit was actually still covered under our warranty. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and how quickly they came to our rescue. I highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone!

  Eddie M. & another young man that came out was so helpful, so courteous, so knowledgeable and very patient. They arrived within one hour and were able to detect the issue right away. We had a broken pipe in the back yard. They also helped me with contacting the city to address the permit. Karen, Ali and Eddie were all very helpful and kept me up to date as progress was made. What initially sounded like a long drawn out job...only took two days once the work was approved. Thank you Bayshore Plumbers for all that you did. Knowledgeable, Experienced, Courteous and Reliable. When we returned home, we found that one of the showers was still not draining and no sooner had I reached back out them...15 minutes later, Eddie was at the front door ready to spring into action. There was a hair clog (Eek!) he cleared the drain we were all set! I can tell you how much we appreciate you all! If we ever have another issue with plumbing...I know who I'm calling: Bayshore Plumbers!!!

  Davis and Celso were very professional. I had an issue with my 1 yr Tankless water heater. The kitchen faucet occasionally would stop having hot water after about 30 minutes of usage and the valve bypass squeals every so often. They explained how the system works and said the pipes were not installed correctly and helped me adjust cold water turn off lever. Hopefully this solves the issue. They did not charge me for the visit.

  We had someone come out to flush our Rheem water heater. Yes, we could have done it ourselves but it was more convenient to have someone do it while we were busy with other projects. Eddie was very nice and quick with his work. As a female customer always thinking twice about letting people into the house, I appreciated Bayshore Plumbing texting me a picture of who was coming so I would know who to expect. We’ve hired this company for a couple of jobs, including a major under-the-house re-plumbing, and have always found them to be honest, efficient and solid in their work.
