  JESUS is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted Elite Rooter for a clogged bathtub issue and was able to schedule a same day appointment. The person talked to me over the phone for scheduling is super friendly. I was even super upfront with them letting them know that I have scheduled other appointments with other plumbers too, but they were completely ok and being chilled about it. Once Jesus arrived, he looked into the issue and was able to fix it in 15 mins. He was very polite and also answered a lot of my somehow-silly questions (I was trying to educate myself too). He was even willing to let me know how I may be able to fix this on my own in the future. A really genuine guy that makes you feel they treat you as a person instead of their income. The process is seamless and the price is super reasonable and affordable. I had the other plumbers quoted me 2.5× times than the price Elite Rooter quoted me. I will definitely reach out to Elite Rooter in the future if I need a plumber again. You guys rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  We first used their services two years ago and haven't had any issues since. We called them again recently for a routine check and found roots blocking the sewer pipe in multiple locations. Their technician, David, was incredibly thorough; he used a camera to identify exactly where the intrusion was happening and explained all our options. The work was completed the very same day. Christopher and Christian handled the job and did a great job cleaning up the area afterward. David then showed me the before-and-after video, and I was amazed! If you are dealing with stubborn roots, I highly recommend their professional and transparent approach. Their price is also reasonable.
