  Absolutely excellent service. Multiple plumbing jobs completed around my house. Technicians were timely. Explained their approach. In some cases, prior plumbers did not meet building code standards. Bayshore technicians pointed out and (when approved by owner) fixed the problems. Once work completed, they fully cleaned up their work area. Office was staffed with friendly and helpful employees. A great shout out to their technician Jose R. He knows his business. As a veteran myself, a pleasure to patronize a well run veteran owned business.

  Two highly skilled, personable, and hard-working young men, Jay and Kevin, showed up on time and ready to work. They listened carfully, examined faulty equipment and plumbing, and got to work making repairs. If they didn't have what was needed to complete the job, they went to Home Depot and got exactly what we needed after sending me photos and prices displayed on the shelves - no markups. They never tried to upsell me, were conservative in their recommendations, and their cost for labor was extremely reasonable considering they were there all day. They are very honest and trustworthy. This company is my go-to plumbing company from now on!

  Honestly really solid service from Bayshore Plumbers. Kevin and Jay came out to take a look at my clogged kitchen sink and give me an estimate. They suggested running a snake through the clean out outside, walked me through what was going on, and kept it simple and straightforward. They worked quick, knew exactly what they were doing, and had everything cleared up in no time. No hassle, no confusion, just got the job done right. Appreciate how easy they made the whole process.

  I had a great experience with Brian replacing my old water heater. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He explained my options clearly and completed the installation efficiently without any issues. The new water heater works perfectly, and everything was installed cleanly and safely. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how he made sure everything was up to code. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend Brian if you need a reliable and skilled professional for water heater replacement!

  I bought a new washer but the company refused to install my existing gas dryer on top of the new one so I was relieved when Jay and Kevin arrived promptly and handled everything professionally. They installed the dryer right away, ran a thorough gas test to ensure safety, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Their communication was clear, and they were both punctual and efficient. I’m very impressed with their level of professionalism and the quality of work. 5 stars, would recommend.
