The showroom and selection is great, the team and organization seems very nice but when it came to getting our order and the follow up it is very unprofessional: we ordered all new faucets, shower and appliances for our house- shower trims were ordered wrong and after weeks of back and forth we had missed inspections and items were on backorder. Faucet handles that are malfunctioning did not get replaced but the „ team is working on getting a solution from the manufacturer „ for weeks I have to push every day for follow up. We get wrong parts delivered and not picked up - even with a field rep coming out.
