  Our AC went out and this company was the only company that was able to make a same day visit to assist in resolving the issue. They came out and diagnosed the issue and offered several options for solutions. They had a handful of financing options. Adrian offered exceptional service and had excellent customer service skills. Gregg was hilarious and knowledgeable; together they resolve our issue and saved us money. Would highly recommend this company, even their receptionists are pleasant and friendly

  I read the reviews, and they were great. It sounded too good to be true. So, i decided to give the company a call. A guy came out to assess the situation to determine what i needed. (I apologize for not remembering his name.) Then Gregg came out to go over pricing and what the company is about. I explained to him how I had other company's come out and they were saying things that just did not sound right. Gregg was very patient with me while we were talking. I was starting to trust him in what he was saying, and I decided to move forward in getting the HVAC system. They move fast. They came out the next day to install everything. From the time you call in and have everything done. Everyone has been nothing but nice and professional. Thank you to everyone!

  Was having a hvac concern at my home. Contacted year around they did come out very quick and are very nice. They got my ac running but it kept shutting down again. After the 3rd visit the techs manager contacted me to discuss if I was open to replacing a 8 year old furnace that is under warranty because they did not install it and did not want to inherit a problem. Made no attempt to do a proper diagnostic just tried to say it was a poor install and the size of my ductwork(that is correct size for my home/ room size) was causing the issue. I decided to take my money back and hire another tech to repair my unit. It ended up being a faulty thermostat causing all the trouble. So they took a $200 problem that they couldn't diagnose and tried to sell me a new unit to the tune of $7000. Do yourself a favor find an honest, trustworthy hvac tech that isn't looking to get rich like these guys.

  Rafael was very kind, patient and understanding. He broke down details that you could understand. He explained what would be my best option and allowed me to do research to determine the best option for the installation of a new heat pump. Rafael took his time and was not just a pushy salesman trying to sell you something fast. I really liked his customer service.
