  I held out hope this company would take responsibility and treat their repeated failures as one‑off mistakes. Instead, it’s clear this is simply how they operate—followed by deflecting blame elsewhere. This company demonstrates a consistent pattern of poor communication, missed commitments, and lack of follow‑through. They were the original installers and were hired to replace our batteries. Site survey completed June 2025, plans approved November, permit held for four months—and still no installation. After I repeatedly chased them, they scheduled an install for 2/10/26, then canceled four days before due to missing parts. What followed: ignored calls, unanswered emails, empty apologies from management, and promises of “personal follow‑up” that never happened. Ultimately, they blamed the lease holder and walked away citing their contract for repair had been pulled. (no kidding after 10 months of having it in your lap without ANY end in sight). Based on documented timelines and repeated lack of communication, this experience reflects systemic operational issues rather than isolated errors. Yelp provides visual examples.

  Please do not use this company. Very poor service. Overall the team is trained to cheat their clients. False promises. 6 months into It and still work is not complete. Failed inspection by the city two times. When time came to initiate the solar system the brand new battery was faulty. Wil have to wait 3-4 weeks for a new one to arrive. You name it and they had problems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! .

  The worst experience ever. We signed the solar contract on 4/30/22 and it is currently the end of December 2023 and this project HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. There have been delays every step of the way. The company has had a turnover of project managers. There is no accountability for getting the job done. They ignore our emails and phone calls and do not call back. The panels finally got installed in April 2023 a year after the contract was signed but failed the inspection. The problem was fixed and they were operational as of the end of August 2023. They were supposed to upgrade our electric panel and install a Tesla charger as part of the contract. They half did the electric panel and we can't get a hold of them again. We even filed a complaint with the California State Contractor's Board after which they started to respond but failed to respond again the state board closed the complaint. We are unable to get this project completed.

  We signed the contract last March with Wade at Sea Bright Solar. We knew that it would take long to install with all the supply chain issues happening, and it took sending a few emails to get updates, but we finally got our solar panels installed last Oct. 16-18. Anthony and the rest of the crew (sorry I didn't get their names) were able to install 20 panels in one day. Jason and Victor installed the electrical. They had to switch off the power for about 1-2 hours, but they asked us first when would be the best time so we can schedule it. Finally, Mike came in to patch up and paint the walls in our garage. Their work was very professional looking. Our garage even looks better now. We had the solar panels working on day 3, but right now, we are still waiting for the city to approve the installation and enable the battery. We're very happy with the solar installation and with Sea Bright Solar!
