  We had been waiting for MONTHS to get our bathrooms fixed due to a leak. Once Padgett’s came in they got right to work quickly! They listened to our concerns of having to wait so long to get things going and they expedited the whole process I cannot thank them enough! Not to mention the professionalism specifically by Billy, Eldon and Colin was top tier!!!! Thank you again Padgett’s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  The company was not clear repeatedly, with different employees saying different things. Eventually we dropped them so we didn’t have to keep dealing with them. I would not recommend them.

  Padgett’s is a awesome restoration service. We had a flood in our garage from our hot water heater. We didn’t know who to call so we called our insurance Co and they called Padgett’s for emergency restoration service. Although our insurance co wouldn’t cover it because of the mold so we panicked, the Padgett’s Restoration Service was sympathetic, great, professional and gave us advice and helped us out a lot. So yes I would highly recommend them. Rob and Lori Wilson

  Padgett’s is amazing. Wyatt was the individual providing service and he was professional, polite, very patient and a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed with their quick response, empathy and the information he provided to help me make the right decision. They helped us get a frustrating and scary situation resolved easily and quickly. Thank you Padgett’s!!!!!!!! We will not hesitate to use your services in the future and I will HIGHLY recommend you to anyone that needs your services!!!! Amazing :)

  On Dec 7 2017 my parents were involved in the Lilac fire in Fallbrook. The neighborhood lost 65 homes in their community, but their home was spared. However, due to their location they had major smoke and ember damage. I called Padgett’s Cleaning and Restoration, Inc. and met with Tim. He gave me all the advice to get started. His team met with our insurance adjuster and work started in a timely fashion. Their team did a great job with packing and documenting every item in the home. They took all the items to their facility and washed and repacked and stored everything until all the repairs on the home were complete. We had many repairs on the home and they were very thorough in their documentation to the insurance company to get my parent’s home back to its original condition. Their team did a great job in restoring the roof, windows, siding, fascia, carpet, painting in and out, metal carport, A/C, light fixtures, and masonry. After the repairs were complete, every item was brought back and moved into the home. The furniture and boxes were unloaded, unwrapped and put in their original spot in the home. The team was very professional and detailed in all aspects of the project. Our family is very grateful to have Padgett’s there during this difficult time. Thank you!
