  I had Jesse come over to clean my tankless water heater, and he also offered to check my water quality while he was here. I’m so glad he did. He was incredibly professional from start to finish—showed up on time, explained everything he was doing, and answered all my questions without making me feel silly for asking. You can tell he really knows his trade. The tankless heater was cleaned quickly and efficiently, and he took the extra step to test the water quality and walk me through the results. No upsell, just honest advice. If you need a plumber who’s skilled, thorough, and actually cares about doing the job right, I’d definitely give them a call.

  Roger came over to do our annual AC maintenance. He was prompt, careful and thorough. He explained his findings (including a failing motor start capacitor). He was able to replace the capacitor while he was here. We are ready for summer. :-) Thanks, Roger and Lasting Legacy!

  Ethan, from Lasting Legacy was very kind, patient, informative and polite. We look forward to seeing the work done tomorrow. This was written while I was still under the effects of anesthesia from having my appendix removed the day before. While at the hospital, I had a leak under the kitchen sink, for which this nice young man told me in addition to my garbage disposal, my small undersink water heater was also leaking. He then asked to see my main water heater and said it was ready to be replaced also. A tankless water heater was the way to go (only 2 people in my 1472sf home). He gave me an estimate for all this for over $9,000 for a non member, but he would make me a member for free and it would cost over $7,000. He gave me an estimate for this. We had 12 months to pay, interest free, just need to fill in this bank info In case we didn't pay within the 12 months. He actually had me sign up for a loan. The loan amount was for the full $9,000. I asked to see the estimate and he did a lot of tapping on his phone, afterwhich, he had deleted my estimate. After coming to my senses, I cancelled this altogether. The new plumber said there was only a leak from the garbage disposal, nothing else. When I initially called for the service, the fee was $79 which would be applied to my service. Since I didn't go through with the service, they have billed me $99. I would never call this company again.

  We recently had our 22-year-old water heater serviced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Juan was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and it really showed in the quality of his work. He took his time to answer all of our many questions without ever making us feel rushed, which we truly appreciated. Juan pointed out areas of concern with our water heater and, whenever possible, showed us what we should be looking at so we could better understand the issues. He suggested that a new water heater might be the most cost-effective option given the condition of our current unit. We asked about a tankless system and Juan explained the benefits in a clear and helpful way. Overall, Juan is just a really nice guy and easy to talk to. We would also like to mention Scott. He was extremely helpful in selecting the best water heater for our needs and budget. He also was a very nice guy and easy to talk to. We highly recommend Juan, Scott, and Lasting Legacy! UPDATE! We had an excellent experience with Caesar from Lasting Legacy. He removed our old water heater and installed a brand new tankless system, and the entire process was handled with incredible care and professionalism. We understood this was typically a two-person job, but unfortunately his associate was sick that day—so Caesar took on the entire project by himself without missing a beat. He worked nonstop all day and never once rushed through any part of the job, even as it got later on a Friday afternoon. Caesar was very friendly, extremely hardworking, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process to my husband and me. He made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. We are beyond impressed with both Caesar and Lasting Legacy. Caesar truly went above and beyond—he definitely deserves a few days of paid vacation after that level of dedication! ANOTHER UPDATE! To complete the installation of our tankless system, Isaias installed a new electrical connection from the water heater to the power source. He worked quickly, did everything correctly, and made the process seamless. Great job, Isaias! The installation of our new system is finished, and everything is running perfectly! We couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of all the technicians we encountered at Lasting Legacy!
