  Please do not use this company. Very poor service. Overall the team is trained to cheat their clients. False promises. 6 months into It and still work is not complete. Failed inspection by the city two times. When time came to initiate the solar system the brand new battery was faulty. Wil have to wait 3-4 weeks for a new one to arrive. You name it and they had problems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! .

  Sea Bright Solar is horrible. My project started March 2024 and the last 4th inspection was in September 2024 for installation. Battery could not be commissioned and they left the system not working. Everytime a different person was sent, they did not know what they were doing, would call the office and was told to just do this or that even if it was not up to code and they would change it later to pass or vice-versa. Now a year later, Sunstrong sent another company out to finally get my system to work and found so many errors. The worst was the live wire left in my SCE panel which thank goodness the tech had proper tools otherwise he would be dead. CT's were inverted, a shut off handle was installed wrong (off was on and on was off), a microinverter was bad, a rusted circuit breaker was used and had to be changed out, and a component on the battery was missing. This company should be shut down. Scary if other jobs were done the same: shady, low quality work and dangerous installation. I am glad I did not allow them to enter my property when last sent and waited for this other company who were professionals and knew how to get things done right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I fear you risk your home's safety. If I could give it no stars I would. Oh and they will blame whatever employee they fired and try to get around mistakes by saying that person no longer works with us when in fact the fault lies with their General manager-Darrel Miramontes and Manager-Mike Jimenez. This company should be investigated.

  The worst experience ever. We signed the solar contract on 4/30/22 and it is currently the end of December 2023 and this project HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. There have been delays every step of the way. The company has had a turnover of project managers. There is no accountability for getting the job done. They ignore our emails and phone calls and do not call back. The panels finally got installed in April 2023 a year after the contract was signed but failed the inspection. The problem was fixed and they were operational as of the end of August 2023. They were supposed to upgrade our electric panel and install a Tesla charger as part of the contract. They half did the electric panel and we can't get a hold of them again. We even filed a complaint with the California State Contractor's Board after which they started to respond but failed to respond again the state board closed the complaint. We are unable to get this project completed.

  We signed the contract last March with Wade at Sea Bright Solar. We knew that it would take long to install with all the supply chain issues happening, and it took sending a few emails to get updates, but we finally got our solar panels installed last Oct. 16-18. Anthony and the rest of the crew (sorry I didn't get their names) were able to install 20 panels in one day. Jason and Victor installed the electrical. They had to switch off the power for about 1-2 hours, but they asked us first when would be the best time so we can schedule it. Finally, Mike came in to patch up and paint the walls in our garage. Their work was very professional looking. Our garage even looks better now. We had the solar panels working on day 3, but right now, we are still waiting for the city to approve the installation and enable the battery. We're very happy with the solar installation and with Sea Bright Solar!
