- SSSidney SandstromNov 10, 20255.045 yr old HVAC failed to meet safe levels for operation during Fall tuneup. Basic furnace installed 3 days later. Upon work being done, workers noted frail old ducts that can’t be repaired without tearing out ceilings underneath the flat roof, with no crawl space. Workers were thoughtful, clarifying a difficult job. They did excellent job of installing new furnace, while adaptations were made for an antiquated system.

Two of his friends came to help, and I could see how close they all are they even brought him food! It really felt like a family atmosphere, and that says a lot about the kind of people they are.

Could he have tried to sell us on expensive repairs or upgrades? Absolutely. But instead, Roger was honest, transparent, and focused only on what was truly needed. That kind of integrity is rare these days, and it instantly earned our trust. On top of that, Roger took the time to be gentle and kind with our elderly dog, George. And that makes him a winner on a whole different level! Thanks to Roger, Lasting Legacy has gained a customer for life. We'll be singing their praises to everyone in our gated community.
