  Jacob is the best! I was hesitant to let anyone service my hvac system due to concerns for harming the delicate drywall access. Sounds silly but I’ve seen neighbors where that’s been destroyed. Jacob’s work is impeccable and he cares for our home like his own. He spends time making sure we understand what’s going on and goes above and beyond. I recently recommended your services to a coworker and she was very sad to be out of your area since she’s heard so many good things from me about my experience. I now have the peace of mind of knowing I have a great place for any hvac/plumbing needs, 100 out of 10!

  Jacob has serviced my house two times now and both times he provided A+++ service. He is very knowledgeable, he explains things so you understand not only the problem but also how things work. Jacob is also very considerate and respectful of my home as well. He was extremely careful to not disrupt the house, not damage the house and clean up as well. Jacob was so great we asked for him to come back this second time and we will be requesting him going forward. The monthly service subscription is also a great plan as well.

  This was my first time using Lasting Legacy. I set an appointment for heating and a/c annual maintenance. First off the agent that answered the phone had great customer service skills. She set an appointment for me and explained the promotion that was going on. The schedules time frame as Bren 8-10 am. The technicians name was Roger Cuadra, he was very punctual. He arrived a few minutes before 8 which was great, most times folks arrived closer to the later time frame. Roger explained everything very clearly. He was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Lasting Legacy, please don’t change anything that you’re doing, this is a great company.

  The technician was amazing, very personable, straightforward and clearly knowledgeable about my heating/cooling system. He did the maintenance, cleaned the furnace motor and inside the entire closet…it went from having 3”layer of dust to sparkling (luckily I didn’t have to get up there and look, he kindly took before and after pictures for me to review). All in all it was a great experience, it’s always nerve wracking to have someone in your home for repairs, but the tech, Roger Caudra, was extremely respectful and diligent. I had no worries going out to the garden while he did his thing. This is my second time using this company and both times it was a good experience!😊
