  I have had Jonathan come to my house twice within the last year to do maintenance work on my A/C he is quick and thorough. He does not give you any bs or try to sell or upgrade he just says this gonna happen if you don’t fix this and this is how much it is. Here is the quote let us know. I will keep going back to Lasting Legacy for all my HVAC/Plumbing needs!

  Our ancient HVAC died a few days before a heat wave so we decided to finally get it replaced. Lasting Legacy gave us quotes on some choices and let us decide. Our old, oddly slapped together house had multiple obstacles to overcome, but Hector and Omar figured it all out and worked very well together to get a big ugly job done on time. When a manager's input was needed, someone came out right away and resolved a major problem. Everyone was exceptionally courteous and listened to our concerns. The new unit and ducting are worth every penny! We'll be contacting Lasting Legacy when it's time to replace our plumbing as well. Would definitely recommend to family & friends!

  Andrew and Javier truly outstanding - above and beyond service!! Arrived for scheduled seasonal check up, which is always outstanding. We were having issues with a water line Andrew jumped in to rescue us cause the main water line was broken we couldn’t turn the water off..Truly a knight in shining armor that stayed until the facility plumber showed up to fix the issue and made sure everything was working well. Other companies would have stated you need to schedule appt for this. Not this company Lasting Legacy is truly outstanding in price , customer service. If you need heating, hvac and plumbing service this is the team that will go above and beyond. 🙏

  This was my first experience with Lasting Legacy’s furnace and HVAC maintenance. I was genuinely impressed by Roger Cuadra’s detailed and thoughtful approach. He walked me through every step of the process and even provided before‑and‑after photos. Once the work was completed, I received a thorough report with clear recommendations. It’s easy to see why Lasting Legacy is rated so highly. I’ll definitely be using their services again.

  After deciding to replace my 30-year-old equipment, I can't say enough about the Great employees of lasting legacy, It started with Roger coming out who was absolutely amazing and explained everything to me about my very old AC and Heater. Next was Ryan Bujui, He went over my options, explained everything associated with a new system, what the guys would do during installation etc. I never felt pressured at all to upgrade, I made that decision. My installers Hector and Omar, amazing young men, They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves everyday and explained what they would be doing each day, very nice, respectful and knowledgeable young men. I also had contact with the office, Rebecca was very nice helping me get a permit pulled and thanks to her supervisor Colby for making it easy and less painful! I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. It was customer service extraordinaire, and I love good service! Irene F.
