She really took the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed. The setup process was just as smooth. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were respectful of our space. Everything felt easy and well taken care of, which we really appreciated.

Dave the contractor who came to the property to install and build and he was awesome too!
- ASApril StrattonMar 12, 20262.0Our experience extended from October 2025 to January 2026 with the initial appt being booked then several weeks later getting a call again to have it booked (apparently the scheduling person did not put us on the schedule the first time). This caused weather delays and when the shed was finally put up in November the window was broken. We were then ghosted by the scheduling department with repeated calls by my husband to them, never calling us back. He finally called from a different phone and got on the schedule for paint and windows and they finally finished in late January. I love my Tuff shed now but the effort required ...not sure I would do it again.

It has been one excuse after another. It’s cost us money in hiring people to help us finish it based on their dates. It appears we are in a similar situation that will cost us more money.
