  Awesome. Will have him come back again. Ontime, friendly, sent notification with his picture and picture of company truck. Did thorough job, explained and showed pictures of his work and recommended fix for in the future. Nice to get service like we used to get in the olden days. 👌👍🏼❤️

  Our AC stopped working, so I found their website and booked an appointment. The process was very easy. Gabriel actually arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled, which was a great surprise. He was very friendly and professional, and you could immediately tell he really knows what he’s doing. He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed it in no time, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was so impressed with the service that I even signed up for their monthly maintenance plan. Fantastic experience overall. Thank you guys so much!

  We have had Tory came out to our home on several occasions. He has been consistently professional and very good at listening to our concerns and then providing us with options that were reasonable and made a lot of sense. He is also courteous and takes the time to listen which is appreciated during a time when we are spending a lot of money. He definitely is someone i would want representing my company.

  Nick, Michael, and Kyle were all friendly, respectful, and professional in the removal of our old HVAC system and installation of the new one. It was a large job, which they completed in two days. They provided a tutorial on how to use the new WiFi thermostats, and even added more insulation in the attic, up to R-30! Tory and Josh arrived the next day to do the finishing adjustments. They had a few challenges but didn’t stop until the job was complete. We now have a new, super quiet HVAC system that we hope will last for years to come.

  The whole crew from Redding Heating & Air from Nick (team lead), Tory, Austin, Michael, Christopher, Carlos, and Josh (install manager) did an outstanding job. Nick and Tory were very professional from start to finish, showed a strong work ethic, and clearly take pride in what they do. Tory Tyree went the extra mile to reassure our HVAC, tankless water heater, and whole house water filtration system installation was done right. I would highly recommend their services.
