- KMKellie McKinley5 days ago2.0The plumber showed up and was not very personable. He was there to assess and give an estimate. But then ended up doing something that did not fix the issue and we had to pay over $200 for him to simply change valve. My brother in law could have done that!

Lucas showed up in a timely manner, the day after I called, and replaced the toilet I broke due to post ankle surgery rough landing. They are not the lowest cost provider, but provided excellent customer service and quality.

Alex came out he was extremely nice and knowledgeable got us all fixed up that day at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Wallner Plumbing I’ll definitely be using them in the future

- MGMike GOct 21, 20251.0They replaced shower water valve 7 years ago and a part on the valve broke on the hot water side and ran hot water in the wall cavity for 3+ hours until my wife went into the bathroom and could hear water running. Long story short we called Waller and they diagnosed the problem and had to put in another water controller. It was done in a reasonable amount of time but wasn’t there workmanship was terrible. I showed it to the plumber and he heed and hawd and pretty much said that just the way it is. I told him it was a poor representation of his company to do such poor work and and charge us $900+. My wife is very docile and said it’s good enough but I told not to pay him until his boss came out and looked at it and talked loud enough that the plumber who had gone outside apparently heard me and came back in the house and corrected his poor installation. He emphasized that it was warranted for workmanship and materials for one year and my wife told him the last time they came out to fix a water leak under the house had to come back for another leak and noticed the first leak that was suppose to be correct was leaking and was told he would come back on his own time and repair it again and that never happened so apparently it’s still leaking 🤷🏻♂️ I would probably call them again because they have a fast response time but only if I was home and could inspect the repair.
