  I had a scheduled appointment, I received a phone call to cancel my appointment 1 minute prior to the appointment time. The office staff were very rude and did not understand how frustrating this was. I had already taken off work to work to accomodate the scheduled appointment and the lack of notice impacted me significantly. Based on the inconvenience, poor customer service and disrespect from the phone staff I do not recommend this company

  Zack K from Earl's Plumbing did a great job for us. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and he did good work. He was also patient with us and helped us understand the different options available to us to fix a leaking hose bib. He replaced the hose bib and did everything needed to replace it properly. He also helped us with getting some financing needed to pay for the work. We definitely recommend Earl's Plumbing and Zack K.

  Friendly and on point service from the fist line of communication contacting Earls for our plumbing needs. Earls was able to get us in the next day and gave us an estimated time of arrival. Day of scheduled appointment I was contacting by the office and given a 30 min ETA. Wade K. Was our service technician , he assessed our plumbing issue and gave us a few options to choose from. Super friendly and great device always! I wouldn’t choose anyone else.

  Asked Earls to come out and they gave me a quote because they would not give me a baseline quote over the phone even though they were told what the problem was (a clogged line). Tech arrived promptly and quoted $400 to $700 to repair the clogged line. He couldn't find the nut in the garage for the flow and said I needed a power wash and ignored my suggested to use a snake. I said No thank you, I called Paramount Plumbing, they came out the same day, found the bolt that Earl's could not find, ran a 75 foot snake through the outlet, fixed the problem and charged me $225. Earls: Shameful!

  I asked Earl's plumbing to come and give me a quote for an automatic water shut off valve to be installed on my home for insurance purposes. Travis W showed up with another team member (Craig I think his name was?) and they were extremely helpful. They crawled under my house and were happy to answer any questions I had. Very professional services, I would be happy with their work, but I will be gathering a few quotes first. My insurance provider gave me a ballpark of what this should cost me, and they were a bit higher priced than I imagined. I understand prices may have gone up and my insurance provider is not one to quote a plumbing project, but to me it is worth it to check out some different options. I do want to say Travis and Craig provided excellent service and were very friendly. I will definitely consider calling Earl's plumbing in the future.
