On Monday AM we called Scott McLeod Plumbing and to my surprise, they were able to send out a team a few hours later. Based on our description of what was happening, and his inspection of a few things, Teddy deduced immediately what the most likely problem was and explained to us the sequence of events that caused our problem. It was so logical and was communicated to us so clearly that we immediately felt complete trust in the solution he proposed. He was very obviously a complete expert. The cost proposal for all the work was very reasonable. He and his assistant spent the rest of the day solving our problems. It was such a pleasure having two such lovely people take care of our issues. I have used another top-rated local plumbing company in the past and although they did good work, I felt like their pricing was very high. I am so happy to have found Scott McLeod Plumbing and will stay with them for all our future needs.
