  Our condo community was built 45 years ago, so much like my aging neighbors, there are occasional unwanted leaks. Yesterday I saw a pinhole-sized pipe burst, and really saw this as an opportunity to modernize things, upgrading to a ball valve, a new hose bibb, oh and of course replace the leaking pipe. Anthony was quick to come out and access the job, explain to me what needed to be fixed, and then what "could be fixed" while he was there. It was exactly what I was looking to have done and the price was fair, so we arranged for him to come back. Anthony was great, keeping me informed along the way...I really appreciated the transparency...Long story short, the leak is fixed and Anthony made sure to test and make sure that our old pipes didn't have any any additional problems. A plumbing problem is by definition a problem, but I'm happy to say it's behind us!!

  After going through three different plumbing companies, I can confidently say that Peli Plumbing (formerly Advanced Plumbing) is by far the best. Anthony Perez and Jr Martinez were absolutely amazing. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, but they were also flexible and accommodating when additional plumbing issues came up at the property last minute. I truly appreciated their willingness to pivot, add on the extra services, and make sure everything was taken care of before they left. That level of customer service is hard to find. What really stood out to me was their honesty and affordability. There were no surprises, no upselling—just straightforward pricing and quality work. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and truly care about their customers. Peli Plumbing has officially become my go-to for any plumbing needs.
