  Andy was great to work with. He came out to see if my garage needed another attic vent and to help with a new downspout. He gave me an honest opinion about the roof and ventilation — no upselling, just straightforward advice. The best part was that since the downspout job was so small for their normal scope of work, to help save me some money, Andy came back out and did the work himself as a favor. He’s super friendly, honest, and easy to talk to. I really appreciate outstanding level of customer service from Straight Line Roofing - I’ll definitely use them again!

  We can’t say enough positive things about Straight Line. From deciding on which skylights to install to options for a payment plan and installation, everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and installation was super fast. The difference between our old plastic skylights and the new glass ones is night and day. We couldn’t be happier!

  This is a wonderful company with excellent people. Our story: We needed to replace some cracked tiles and were interested in knowing if there might be other issues lurking on our rooftop. Straight Line's man Kyle arrived on-time, explained what could be done and went to work replacing our broken tiles and surveying the roof's condition. Kyle's insightful take on our rooftop and his advice for us going forward was like treasure! It is good to know what is going on with a roof that has been through a few seasons. You will find that Straight Line is a trustworthy company that will do quality work. But more, I think you will absolutely appreciate and have high confidence in the people who work for them.

  They communicated frequently as project started. Demo crew stayed on task, worked diligently to get their portion done ahead of time. Demo crew workers were considerate and pleasant to be around. Demo crew foreman kept us well informed.

  From the first appointment, Straight Line works to make homeowners feel comfortable by keeping them updated on everything. Very transparent. They take lots of in-progress photos, so you'll see exactly what's happening. They really care about doing a great job. I'd definitely recommend Straight Line Roofing, especially for their quality work.
