Will your designer enjoy living in single story between towering 2-story houses from all sides? Thats like 5 ft away from your property line? Whos brilliant idea was this? Not 1 customer will say that they prefer to be sandwitched between 2 story houses on each side, NOT 1! Do a survey before making such thoughtless plan designs. Ridiculous!
