- MMmarniMar 31, 20265.0Plumbing Care Inc was recommended to me by AO Smith for some possible warranty work. Zhivko came out to provide me with a free estimate for possible repair needed based on an error code I was getting with my heat pump hot water heater. He provided education on the specific needs of my unit, checked the connections and then turned the unit off/on to restart the computer. Error code gone. Will continue to monitor and will definitely call them back out if it returns and there is more troubleshooting needed.

I had a small water leak in my foundation and my home got repiped and water restored in a couple days. Would highly recommend them and will use them again for my plumbing needs.

Unfortunately, it required replacing the existing hot water heater (which surprisingly lasted us just over 20 yrs!). The new 50gal water heater fits nicely in our old space, and the new pipes and valves look great. Zyaire is our favorite technician at Plumbing Care because he's consistently prompt, professional and explains everything clearly. Highest praise and ratings for Zyaire! Definitely recommend.
